Eckart Meiburg

Prof. Eckart Meiburg, University of California, Santa Barbara, USA

Biography:

After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University, he spent three years as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Applied Mathematics at Brown University. In 1990, he moved to the University of Southern California as an Associate Professor of Aerospace Engineering. He joined UC Santa Barbara in 2000, where he currently serves as a Professor of Mechanical and Environmental Engineering. Meiburg has held a number of visiting appointments at several foreign institutes, including the Institute for Fluid Dynamics at ETH Zurich in Switzerland; the Ecole Superieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles in Paris, France; the Max-Planck Institute in Goettingen, Germany; and the University of Western Australia in Perth.

Prof. Xuding Song, School of Construction Machinery, Chang'an University, China

Biography: Prof. Song Xuding is the person in charge of the national characteristic specialty construction point of "Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation Specialty" of Chang 'an University. The course "Interchangeability and Technology Measurement", which he presided over, was awarded as the excellent resource-sharing course in Shaanxi Province in 2015. He has won 1 first prize and 3 second prizes of Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. He has presided over one teaching reform project in Shaanxi Province and four teaching reform projects in Chang 'an University. 

Main scientific research directions: (1) Construction machinery wear-resistant materials and composite materials; (2) Mechanical reliability and anti-fatigue design; (3) Product digital design and manufacturing.

A. P. Jun Xu, Wuhan University of Technology, China


Biography:

Xu Jun, male, from Xiangyang, Hubei, postdoctoral fellow, visiting researcher at Shangzhi University. He is currently the director of the Department of Process Equipment and control engineering of Wuhan University of Technology, the deputy director of the SMC Technology Center of Wuhan University of Technology, and a provincial entrepreneurship and innovation talent. He have been engaged in scientific research in the fields of integrated mechanical and electrical design, automated production line design and development, and remote operation and maintenance of process equipment for a long time. Led and completed 3 national and provincial research projects, published 38 academic papers, and obtained 24 patent authorizations and software copyright registrations. The research results of the project have won one second prize of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and two achievements have been identified by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

A. P. Yipin Wan, School of Construction Machinery, Chang'an University, China

Biography:In sensor design and load test, he mainly aiming at the load physical quantities in complex mechanical system, such as tension / pressure, torque, bending moment, etc., according to the force characteristics of the research object, the sensor design under non-standard conditions and the corresponding load physical quantity test are carried out. On this basis, the relevant research on the force characteristics and external load spectrum is carried out. In lightweight materials and structural design, based on the review of materials and multidisciplinary optimization, the structural lightweight design is carried out. Comprehensive use of topology optimization, shape optimization, size optimization, free size optimization, hybrid model optimization, etc., to find the optimal force transmission path, determine the optimal structural layout scheme, and realize structural lightweight. In dynamic analysis of complex structure system and transmission system, It mainly designs fatigue simulation, modal simulation, dynamic characteristic analysis, linear finite element analysis, multi-body dynamics analysis of complex structure and power transmission system.

A. P. Shuangjie Liu, Shenyang Ligong University

Biography:

Liu Shuangjie was born in October 1980, doctoral candidate, professor, postgraduate supervisor, Liaoning Province "Ten million talents Project" "hundred" level talent, visiting scholar of Wayne State University in the United States. 

He has presided over one national 863 project, two projects of Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission and five provincial scientific research projects. As a major participant, he has completed more than 10 national defense basic scientific research projects, national defense pre-research projects, science and technology research projects of Liaoning Province, Natural Science Foundation projects of Liaoning Province, projects of Education Department of Liaoning Province and enterprise horizontal projects. He has won two second prize and one third prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Award and one second prize of China North Industries Group Corporation Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published more than 30 academic papers as the first author in core journals such as ACS Omega, AIP Advances, Chinese Inertial Technology Journal, Optics and Precision Engineering, Missile, Arrow and Guidance Journal and other important international journals and academic conferences, among which he has been indexed by SCI/EI for more than 10 times. He has published a book and obtained 3 invention patents.


Main research directions:

Application of MEMS technology in ammunition system; Bionic ammunition; High polymer conductive polymer actuator.
